Maggie grew up in Northern Virginia and earned her degree in French and International Affairs from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia.

She joined the firm as an Administrative Assistant before moving into her current role as Operations Director, where she focuses on improving the firm’s internal processes and systems while also supporting hiring, training, and marketing efforts. She also manages a caseload of clients from intake through disbursement, serving as a key point of contact and coordinating closely with attorneys to keep cases moving forward.

Maggie was drawn to the legal field by her desire to assist and support clients during challenging times. Since starting her career in a law office, she has enjoyed growing into new responsibilities and continues to find fulfillment in helping clients navigate their cases after auto accidents.

Outside of work, Maggie loves cooking and baking, watching reality TV, and spending time with her cat, Garfield.
