Originally from southern New Jersey, Eliana grew up near the shore before moving to Washington, D.C., to attend American University. She graduated cum laude with dual degrees in Justice & Law, with a concentration in Criminal Justice, and Political Science, along with a minor in Psychology. During her time at American University, she served as President of the School of Public Affairs Undergraduate Council, worked as a Statistics Tutor, Teaching Assistant, and Student Ambassador, and then completed numerous internships.

A passion for helping others led Eliana to pursue a career in personal injury law. She is especially driven by the opportunity to support people during difficult moments and help them navigate complex legal and medical processes with confidence. Her advocacy background includes work focused on healthcare equity and improving resources for individuals living with mental illness.

As a paralegal, Eliana works closely with clients throughout their cases, helping them understand what to expect while they focus on recovery. She gathers medical records, billing documentation, and lost wage information, while documenting the impact injuries have had on clients’ lives to help build strong and comprehensive demand packages. She takes pride in making sure clients feel supported, informed, and heard every step of the way.

Eliana is currently studying for the LSAT and hopes to become a personal injury attorney. She is passionate about helping victims of negligence and making a meaningful difference in the lives of the clients she serves. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Arlington and Washington, D.C., spending time with her two cats, watching sitcoms, and being with her friends and family.
